Award Criteria

• You have a viable business concept that describes the business, its product, the market it serves and the business' competitive advantage.
• You will be required to submit an Executive Summary (maximum 2 pages) that provides a good overview of the business concept, management team, product or service offering, target market(s), competitive advantages, marketing strategy, and a summary of financial projections.

Eligibility

• You are thinking of starting or have been operating a new business in B.C. for a maximum of 24 months as of December 31, 2011.
• You employ less than 50 employees.
• Shortlisted (Top 10 most voted) nominees will be required to submit additional information supporting the extended award criteria.
