Amuse Consulting focuses on event mgt for Not for Profits & Charities to help them enhance communities & enrich lives. In 2011 we produced 3 pro bono events for QMUNITY raising $52,500 to allow them to continue providing educational support services on sexual orientation, run a drop-in center with over 2000 annual visits, offer arts/culture experiences & loss support groups for seniors, & be a media resource for queer related issues. We offered strategic vision, organizational sustainability & sponsorship engagement/strategy coaching to Five Hole for Food, enabling them to tour Canada to raise 42,000 lbs of food for local food banks – 7 times more than in 2010. As co-organizers of Vancouver Twestival we helped raise over $12,000 that in part supported Beauty Night, a charity that increases women’s self esteem & teaches them crucial life/work skills. We do what we do to make a difference.
